The Fleet & Family Support Center offers many programs and tools to help Sailors and their families living in the Republic of Korea. From counseling, advocacy, and care coordination to career transition, relocation assistance, and cultural immersion; Fleet & Family Support Center (FFSC) Korea is here to support you and your family. When Navy families have the resources they need to thrive, Sailors can focus on the job at hand- family readiness is directly linked to mission readiness.

Our services are divided in three main programs with several subordinate programs and services offered:
Work and Family Life Programs (WFL)
- The Work and Family Life Programs directly support missioin readiness by providing resources to service members and their families in benefit of all stages and demands of the military lifestyle.
Counseling & Advocacy Programs (CAP)
- Our CAP programs offers individual, group and family counseling, crisis intervention; prevention resources and awareness programs. These include Clinical Counseling, Sailor Assistance & Intercept for Life (SAIL) and Family Advocacy Program (FAP).
- Clinical Counseling are free and confidential, done by professional and licensed clinicians that utilize evidence-based therapeutic models to support your goals. Seeking help in the face of personal, family, occupational, and psychological troubles is a courageous act, and we are here to help you on your journey.
- Counseling for children ages five through high school teenagers are available. Our clinicians will work hand-in-hand with parents to define issues and discover solutions. Additionally, family counseling is an opportunity for the whole family and the clinician to work together utilizing the family's strengths to find creative solutions to challenges. These services may benefit parents of children of all ages but are especially useful for children that may be too young to participate in counseling.
Sailor Assistance & Interception for Life (SAIL)
- This program is available to active duty sailors who experiencd suicide-related behaviors (SRB) such as suicide ideations or attempt. SAIL is an evidence-based approach to intervention that provid rapid assistance, ongoing risk assessment, care coordination and reintegratin for service members.

Family Advocacy Programs (FAP)
Some of our services offered are:
- Awareness and prevention of child abuse and domestic abuse
- Crisis response and intervention, management and treatment
Sexual Assault Response & Prevention (SAPR)
- Sexual assault is a criminal act incompatible with the Navy core values and ethos. The Sexual Assault Prevention & Response (SAPR) program is an effective Navy-wide victim response system and promotes a command climate that encourages reporting, prevention, and offender accountability. Certified SAPR victim advocates and sexual assault response coordinators provide immediate response and quality support services 24/7/365 to assist victims of sexual assault and reduce the incidence of sexual assault committed by or against military service members, their families, and DoW civilians.
Services offered:
- Private and confidential victim advocacy and support services
- Case consultation and coordination
- Information on medical, investigative, mental health, and legal services and referral assistance
- Court accompaniment
Additional Fleet & Family Support Center Services
- Relocation services such as sponsorships, PCS workshops, 'Welcome Aboard' package Intercultural Relations, etc.
- Ombudsman training program for command support
- Transition program (also known as TAP) that provides separating/retiring service members and their families the skills, tools, and self-confidence to successfully re-enter into the civilian workforce, pursue a higher education or technical training, or retire. Active duty sailors must sign-up for the class through their designated Command Career Counselor.
- Relocation services and resources such as command informational guides, hospitality kits, relocation workshops and resources for relocation with pets
